Quality-Conscious Licensed Growers Association
As a patented variety, TifSport can only be sold as certified sod or sprigs, and only by licensed members of the Tift 94 Growers Association. This premier group of quality-conscious sod producers has agreed to production practices set up by the Georgia Seed Development Commission. TifSport is grown and inspected under rules and guidelines specifically designed to promote ongoing varietal purity and uniformity. The propagation of TifSport for any purpose by anyone other than a licensed grower is prohibited and illegal.
Certification
TifSport is also regulated by each state Seed Certification Agency. The certification certificate below is your supplier's assurance that the TifSport you purchase was grown by a licensed producer in accordance with established standards. Be sure to ask for a certification certificate when your TifSport sod or sprigs are delivered.
